“As Krasnoyarsk is respected, the most popular candidate for the seat of governor of the region is FANO director Mikhailo Kotyukov. His candidacy also fits perfectly with the Kremlin’s logic. Kotyukov is a young and handsome, promising technocrat. And what is very important for Krasnoyarsk residents – the locals. Indeed, the governors have been in charge for a long time now. The Kremlin is encouraging that Kotyukov can get a good rating just before the presidential elections,” commented Chernyavsky.
“It’s good that new dignitaries look at the posad as if it were time, and in the Kremlin they respect: if it doesn’t work out, let’s put something else,” Puchkin said.
