2. Next, we take foam rubber, transfer the foam pattern to the size of four pieces 40 * 30 * 25 cm and one 40 * 40 cm, here we do not leave allowances.
3. All items of fabric, perimeter zigzag.
4. We take two parts of the material and one part of foam rubber and fold it all up as shown in the picture, we cut around the perimeter with needles and stitch along the intended line we get the finished house wall (as you can see in the photo, I drew the templates on the wrong side, because I had to transfer the lines to the front part, I did it with soap, so that it was not noticeable, therefore, as mentioned earlier, it’s better to transfer the pattern to the front side with something easily washable for 4 details).
5. So we sew 3 walls, we fold the 4th, as shown in the picture. In the center draw a circle, it will be the entrance to the house
6. Along the perimeter of the circle, we cut the fabric and foam rubber with pins. We are stitching a circle on a typewriter, under the foam rubber I put a piece of newspaper, because foam is at the bottom and without a newspaper on a typewriter does not slip.
7. Inside the circle, make a circle zigzag.
8. Without touching the zigzag line, we cut out the unnecessary fabric and foam rubber, through the resulting hole we twist the fabric onto the front side.
9. As well as the 3 walls we sew the bottom of the house, since I had a thicker foam at the bottom, it did not work cross-wise, therefore I fixed the layers between each other with buttons. Here are the details.
10. We sew the parts together from the inside, starting with the other walls sewn to the wall with the entrance, then we sew the back wall. This is what we get:

Next, you should decide on the diameter of the rope. Too thick rope will be bad to bend, and the coils of a thin cord will constantly move down from the beam under the weight of the cat. After analyzing the range of ropes available on the construction markets of Moscow, the author chose a hemp rope with a diameter of 19mm. To wind a timber with a section of 100x100 mm and a height of 2.65 m, it took 60 meters of such a rope.
For other conditions, the length of the rope can be calculated independently, taking into account the length of one turn, and the number of turns that fit in the length of the beam.
Winding the rope on the timber. The coils of the rope are wound without gaps, tightly, with tightness. After every few turns, the rope can be further strengthened with a nail clip. All this is aimed at ensuring that the turns do not move out of the timber. For the same bar is not specially planed.
